Ultimate Macaroni & Cheese

Ultimate Macaroni & Cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
1/3 cup milk
1/8 pepper
Cook macaroni in large saucepan. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook on low heat until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
