Sweet & Spicy White Cheddar Cheese Ball

Something sounds good about this sweet and spicy white cheddar cheese ball recipe. Maybe the combination of maple syrup, Brandy and bacon make it sound so good.
1/2 c. dried apple slices
2 teaspoons Applejack Brandy
1 tbs. pure maple syrup
6 slices of bacon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8-10 oz of Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 cup Pecans
Put your apple slices in a small dish and sprinkle with brandy and maple syrup. Fry your bacon in large skillet, turning until crisp, then set aside.
Finely chop your apples. Combine the cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper and apples in food processor. Mix until throughly mixed and combined.
Combine pecans, brown sugar, and crumbled bacon and finely chopped until mixed well.
Roll your cheese into a ball then roll in the bacon pecan mixture.
Serve with crackers and apple slices. Enjoy!
