Pasta Primavera

This is an easy Pasta Primavera recipe that’s very tasty!

3 cups (8 oz.) rotini pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cook pasta in a large pan, adding vegetable blend for the last 7 minutes of the pasta cooking time.  Drain and return to saucepan.  Next add Velveeta and seasonings, mixing well.  Cook on low heat until cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.
