Parmesan Cheese Bites

If you’re looking for something to serve at a party that’s simple and easy to make, look no further. This Parmesan Cheese Bites recipe will be a hit!
1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Heat your oven to 350°F. and beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan together with a mixer until it is well blended.
Make your crescent rolls into 8 rectangles and press perforations together to seal. Spread each roll with 3 Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture. Then top with peppers and parsley. Fold 1 long side of each dough rectangle over filling to center, folding again to enclose filling. Cut each into 4 squares and place seam-sides down on baking sheet.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan Cheese on top of each roll.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
