Hot Chili Cheese Dip
A perfect dip to serve while watching football or any other party!
12 oz. Cream Cheese
14 oz. can Chile con carne no beans
2 cup Cheddar and Monterey Jack shredded cheese blend
1/4 cup Chopped green onions
1/4 cup Sliced black olives
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat the inside of a 9-inch round dish (1 1/2 – 2 inches deep) with oil and then evenly spread cream cheese on the bottom.
On top of the cream cheese, layer the chile con carne, then the shredded cheese and finish with the green onions and black olives.
