Deluxe Cheese Bread Spread

2 cups (8oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup butter softened
3 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, mix until thoroughly blended.  Lightly toast 1 inch thick bread slices.  Spread with butter mixture and broil until hot and bubbly.
