With Thanksgiving around the corner, it’s pumpkin time! There’s pumpkin cheesecake and now pumpkin dip. This looks too good to pass up. This is simple to make and sure to be a hit around the house.
8 oz. cream cheese (you can also use the low-fat cream cheese)
1 cup light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
First mix your cream cheese until smooth.
Add the next four ingredients, brown sugar, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon together. Blend and mix these ingredients until well blended.
Finally, empty your cream cheese mixture into a bowl and add your pumpkin puree.
Mix all this together and refrigerate until it’s time to serve.
Enjoy!
