Cream Cheese Frosting

How about a good Cream Cheese Frosting for your cakes or cookies?

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cut butter or stick margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until smooth.  Gradually mix in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until smooth and spreadable.
