12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup black olive slices
1/3 cup sliced green onion
 
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings; mixing until well blended. Blend in salsa.  Then spread onto 10-inch serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients.

Serve with tortilla chips.
