Cheesy Stuffed Peppers

Cheesy Stuffed Peppers

4 oz. (half of a 8oz. package) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 slices beef or turkey bacon, crisply cooked then crumbled
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
18 jalapeño peppers, halved, (seeds and membranes removed)

Heat oven to 375°F. then mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, cilantro and garlic together.

Add mixture evenly into peppers and place filled sides up on baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and you’re all done!
