Cheesy Baked Steak Burritos

When I first came across this recipe my stomach started to talk to me…saying “I”m hungry, I want this now”. This is a very easy Cheesy Baked Steak Burritos recipe, which you’ll make time and time again!
1/2 cup butter
1 package Taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin tip steak, cut into bite-sized strips
1 can Refried Beans
12 Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos & Fajitas
16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 can Red Enchilada Sauce
8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend
Heat oven to 400 degrees and melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and add beef strips – cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until done then drain.
Meanwhile, warm refried beans.
Spread each tortilla with refried beans to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top each with beef, Cheddar cheese and onions. Roll up, folding in sides. Place, seam side down, in ungreased 13×9-inch glass baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over burritos. Sprinkle with Mexican cheese blend.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 7 to 12 minutes or until burritos are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
