Made in Theresa, Wisconsin, Widmer Cheese Cellars has been making cheese for over 80 years. Taking manufacturing techniques passed down through generations, Widnmer’s Cheese Cellars produces some of the finest cheeses in the world.

Best known for producing Brick Cheese, Widmer still uses the the same open vats bought in 1922, Widmer produces nearly 360,000 pounds of Brick cheese a year.  In addition to producing Brick cheese and stirred-curd Colby, Widmer has recently gained fame for its four-year cheddar.
