Cheese Muffins
These cheese muffins are awesome and easy to make.
1 3/4 cup White Flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese; grated
1 large egg
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup margarine; Melted
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a large bowl. Add cheese and mix well. Make a well in the center of the mixture and combine the egg, milk and margarine, stirring until just moistened and no flour streaks remain. Spoon the mix into muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done and lightly browned. Serve warm and enjoy!
