Cheddar Chicken & Rice

Cheddar Chicken & Rice 
1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1-1/4 cups chicken broth
1 green pepper – cut into strips
1-1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Heat your dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Next, add your rice, broth and peppers. Then bring to boil and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender. Let stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add tomatoes, cheese and onions and stir until blended.
