Buffalo Chicken Dip

I fell in love with this dip recipe just by reading the name. I’m already a big fan for buffalo sauce and those who love the heat will love this buffalo chicken dip recipe. I can already see this dip being a big hit at parties or sitting around watching a football game this winter. Our thanks to Cabot Cheese for this awesome recipe.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup “red hot sauce” or buffalo sauce
2 to 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
8 ounces Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 2 cups)
Corn chips (or any other chips)
How to put it together:
- First, in medium bowl, beat together your cream cheese, dressing and red hot/buffalo sauce then mix in the chicken.
- Second, spread ingredients into a pie plate and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Third, sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until the cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Then last but the most important step – serve it hot with corn chips! We hope you’ll enjoy this buffalo chicken dip recipe.
