Black Forest Cheesecake

Black Forest Cheesecake
20 Oreo Chocolate cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Sour Cream
6 squares of Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 13×9 inch baking pan with foil, with ends extending over the sides of the pan. Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press firmly onto the bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add sour cream and chocolate, mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Let refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Lift cheesecake out from pan using foil handles. Top with whipped topping and pie filling.
